ACF Multicentre Testing Initiative
The Multicentre Testing Initiative is a collaborative effort to benchmark the performance of common workflows across different facilities. This helps ensure consistency and quality in mass spectrometry services as well as shed light on factors influencing performance.
The first study, which conducted in 2022 focused on relative proteomic differences across two samples using data-dependent acquisition (DDA) mass spectrometry. Twenty laboratories submitted results from a wide variety of different instrument platforms. The full results are available via the Mass Dynamics website.
